Your Security is Our Priority

As a part of Hilco Federal Credit Union's ongoing efforts to protect sensitive member information, we are implementing "Two-Factor Authentication" on April 8, 2008.  Internet banking information at www.hilcocu.com will even be more secure.

Two-Factor Authentication combines your computer information with personal questions that only you will know the answers.

The Process

The first time you log in after April 7, 2008, you will be prompted to authenticate the PC you normally use to access your account information.  In addition you will need to answer 10 of 20 possible questions. 

The next time you log in will not be the same as it is now.

Need to Log In from another PC...

Not a problem...a message will be displayed on the PC you are using:

"This computer has not been authenticated for the Access ID entered."

You will be prompted to answer three random questions (from the 10 questions you previously answered during the authentication process).
